Terms and conditions below are also relevent to the Sewing Needles Pins site.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS of items for sale When you place an order you are accepting the terms and conditions of sale of which are listed below:
Payment for items are to be made by you by Credit / Debit card or via your own Pay Pal account this is done over an encrypted secure server maintained by Pay Pal. ( www.paypal.co.uk/uk ) Also see our Privacy Policy.
Items will be dispatched to you within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of payment and usually within a two day period. If for any reason there will be a delay an email will be sent to you explaining the reasons why. If the delay is unacceptable to you, you have the option to cancel and a full refund will be given.
2nd class Royal Mail post and parcel service is used and Proof of postage is ALWAYS OBTAINED At no time are your details passed on to any third parties.
The site currently is only accepting sales and orders from the UK
NON-UK OVERSEAS BUYERS. If anyone from overseas wants to buy from the site please realise there will be an extra charge invoiced to you for the extra postage and packing costs that will be incurred. Once full payment of items and extra postage has been fully paid items will be dispatched. Contact via email first to find out how much extra you will be invoiced or for further information.
We of Anetz Designs has the right to REFUSE a sale and return any monies already paid by customer if customer will not accept the extra postage charges.
NAME ON YOUR STATEMENTS will appear as 'Anetz Designs' whether items have been purchased from the Anetz Designs website or sister site of www.sewing-needles-pins.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE Emails are checked regularly particularly at start and end of each working day.

RETURNS If you change your mind after payment has been made. Contact us via email straight away and if item has not been dispatched a full refund will be given. If the item has already been dispatched We will accept for it to be returned. If it is in an unopened saleable condition. A full refund of original price charged will be refunded to you. A refund for the postage to return item back to us WILL NOT be included in this.
